Lockwood, Esq., in Prairie du Chien on the 27th of January, of Pleurisy. She was born in the city of Philadelphia in the year 1763 and was in the 84th year of her age. She was baptized and confirmed in the Protestant Episcopal Church by the late Bishop White.

Brisbois, Charles, 1st Lt. of the Volunteers, aged 49 years, 5 mos and 13 days of Congestive chill at Fort Crawford on Friday the 13th of August. He was born and educated in the western country and had engaged in the fur trade with the Hudson Bay Fur Company.
Kohlman, Charles [Karl], a German, residing 16 miles north of Madison, was murdered on the 14 of October on a journey to Milwaukee. [reported from the Wisconsin Argus]
Huss, John, age about 38 years, at Ft. Crawford on December 4th. He was a native of Penna.
